Withair® series dry coolers can be used for cooling water, glycol and industrial oil cooling etc. for the equipment that need cooling medium.
Widely apply to the air cooling ,installation of air conditioning outdoor, food processing industry ,heat plants factory and power stations etc. for the equipment that need big capacity.
Withair® customize dry coolers base on customer's requirement: different media (water, glycol and oil), multiple circuits, sub-cooling circuits, stainless steel or aluminium casing, coated aluminium or copper fins, explosion proof motor and customized fin spacing.

● Using low energy consumption fans ,three phase 400/3/50Hz,double speed,IP54,insulation class F, from small specification 350 fan to big 630 fan;
● Fan nozzle designs for maximum air flow and minimality noise; Separate chamber for each fan;
● Casing use galvanized steel sheet with RAL 9010 coating ,have certain corrosion protection;
● Using V-type construction for horizontal air inflow ,vertical supply air;
● Thermodynamic chooses suitable heat exchange tube ,different capacity can choose 3/8”、1/2”、5/8”tube;
● Grade 4-6-8 of fan for selection, suitable for different requirements for noise of occasion;
● Fan motor and casing are both with earthing installation;

Note:
Standard unit is vertical air discharge, Horizontal air discharge is for option.
Rated working conditions: 40% relative humidity, atmosphere pressure 1bar, 20% glycol , water and oil SAE30 apply for 45℃.

Packaging & Transportation
● Four steps of pakacges, plastic film, foam, carton and plywood for stable transporation.
● Ocean shipping, railway shipment and air transportation are acceptable according to customer demand.
Withair® provides two styles package for different transporation modes:
(1). Standard package(free of charge): unit is wrapped with plastic film, which is suitable for container shipment & a few transshipment cargo;
(2). Special package(extra charge): unit is wrapped with plastic film and wooded box, which is suitable for bulk cargo transporation;
