Well suited for both indoor and outdoor installation, the Air-Cooled Liquid Process Chiller helps enable applications that require high performance, reliability and continuity of operation in difficult industrial environments. The Air-Cooled Liquid Process Chiller, offering 2 to 200 tons of cooling capacity, is designed for industrial use with space and functionality in mind, can fit in tight spaces and features a more forgiving tube evaporator.
Helping to offer reliability and compatibility
The finned-tube evaporator installed in the Chiller coolant storage tank helps provide lower pressure drop and reduced fouling and chance of failure due to freezing, clogging and/or pressure drops compared to a brazed-plate evaporator, allowing a high level of reliability in heavy industrial applications. The innovative finned-coil evaporator improves heat transfer surface while helping to reduce coolant pressure drop. And the polyethylene tank and non-ferrous hydraulic circuit are compatible with a wide range of process coolants including deionized water and glycol mixtures. The available stainless steel tank non-ferrous option means it is compatible with a wide variety of coolants. Its air-cooled condenser is installed on one side only, reducing footprint requirements. And the insulated, pressure-rated tank offers a steady supply of cold process fluid as well as the flexibility to be operated as either an open or closed loop.

The modular water chiller unit is specially designed and can run in all weathers at the ambient temperature of -10℃~48℃.
—— EC Fan With Stepless Speed Regulation ——
The condensate fan employs the EC motor of which the speed is variable between 20%~100% to ensure that condensing pressure is within the range of safe operation under all conditions for longer service life.
CLASSICAL MODULAR UNIT
The new generation environment-friendly modular air-cooled unit is based on years of experience in R&D and design, which is greatly improved in aspects of the structure, system and microcomputer control technology, providing wider operation range of refrigeration and heating, and higher adaptability to applications with requirements on comfort and technology. There are basic modules of any combination available for different models, and at most 16 modules can be connected in parallel.

The unit control system can determine whether defrosting is necessary according to the ambient temperature in heating mode, evaporating temperature and running time; when defrosting conditions are met, the unit will automatically activate the defrosting program to complete defrosting within a short time and provide heating operation efficiency up to over 90% , ensuring the optimum heating capacity and high COP.

R32/R-410A/R-454B environment-friendly refrigerant does not contain chlorine which destroys the ozone layer, and the ozone layer destruction system (ODP) is zero. At the same time, it effectively reduces CO2 emission, has stronger anti-low temperature ability and higher cooling efficiency.

● STRUCTURE
Panels and frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance
to atmospheric agents.
● HERMETIC SCROLL COMPRESSORS
Single phase type and 3-phase scroll type compressors, with built-in thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater, mounted on rubber vibration dampers.
● EVAPORATOR & CONDENSER
High efficiency plate type heat exchanger, tube in tube heat exchanger, shell and tube heat exchanger, factory-insulated with flexible close cell material.
● REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT
Copper tube connection with charge valves, filter, thermostatic expansion valve, gas-liquid separator, high pressure switch and low pressure switch. The heat pump units are complete also with 4-way valve and one way valve.
● HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
No build in water circuit as standard.
