Withair’s GC series normal temperature water-cooled variable frequency dynamic air bearing centrifugal chiller is a new generation of chiller designed and developed by our company.
Withair® GC series of centrifugal chillers uses dynamic pressure air bearing centrifugal compressors, which have the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
The unit is equipped with an oil-free system, which eliminates the need to replace lubricating oil and achieves almost zero maintenance operation, greatly reducing operating costs.
According to user needs, this series of products can provide refrigerating medium with temperature range of 4 to 16˚C, Water Cooled models from 80 to 1,458 Tons, a wide coverage range and meet the cooling capacity demand of 5,000 to 50,000 square meters of building.
The air bearing centrifugal chiller is a kind of water chiller designed by centrifugal compressor with air bearing for rotating support. In the process compressor rotation, the bearing relies on the buoyancy of the air to support, without metal friction, and the whole unit is energy-saving efficient and quiet during operation. Energy-saving and quiet no less than conventional magnetic suspension units, and no complex magnetic bearing system.
The heat exchanger design adopts a new type of heat exchange tubes and combines the system's heat exchange design and fluid simulation technology, thereby maximizing the heat exchange capacity.
